Highly recommend , fixed my neck pain!!
"I have been hunting for a good pillow for the last 2 years now. I have spent so much, waisted plenty of money on pillows that did not work for me. I've been deal with very painful neck issues to were I can hardly get through the day due to the pain. So I've been trying everything to help ease it. I had no idea how much a pillow was a part of the issue. I even bought 2 pillows from the store , ripped them open to make one pillow. That caused even more pain the next 2 days after sleeping with that.
So about the Milemont pillow, I thought, yep here we go again, figured I'd be hurting even more.....first night, I slept very well to my surprise, woke up....all my neck pain was gone. I'm not even kidding, it ALL was gone. Ok this has to be just a coincidence right? So as I continue to us this, I continue to wake with no pain. I had no idea that all my neck pain was from my pillow. WOW! I love this pillow and it is not over priced at all. "I was hesitant in purchasing these pillows because I've had such a hard time sleeping the last year. I was involved in a bad car wreck where I broke my neck and subsequently now my neck is partly fused. Throughout the day I don't notice it but sleeping has proven to be an issue. If a pillow is too soft or too large (where it elevates my head) I wake up with pounding headaches, stiff or completely locked up neck, and that's if I even get to sleep at all. I saw these pillows were reasonably priced and had good reviews so I decided to give them a shot. My package arrived on time, product was clean and had no odor that often accompanies items like this. Pillows expanded completely in a couple hours and fit perfectly in my queen sized sham. Come bed time I thought they were going to be a little too big and considered removing some of the foam but figured I'd give it a try. I slept amazing! The pillows are firm but soft enough to give your head a hug. Every night I find that sweet spot for my neck and I'm out. I may try removing a little foam just to see how it feels but straight out of the box they were ready to go for me.

"First of all, it comes in a very nice case! Which gives it a luxury feel. When it arrived, I removed it from the box and gave it a couple of days to inflate. After letting it rest for 24 hours this pillow has expanded fully.
The first night I used it I was amazed at how good it felt. I've never felt anything like it relaxed. Pillows are harder to review because everyone's tastes are different. I would say this lies between soft and firm.
It has enough given to be very comfortable but doesn't collapse into anything like a typical pillow. As far as firmness, it has more give than the foam neck pillow I own but still provides excellent support for side sleeping and stomach sleeping. I'm usually a side or stomach sleeper but I'm trying to train myself to sleep on my back, so it's nice to have options.
The cover is easy to remove and wash and has a nice texture to it that adds to the luxury feel.
I do believe everyone is different with different issues but for me personally, I love this pillow and will definitely get another. Money well spent, finally!"✓ Amazon Customer

These pillows are super soft, they have dark colored piping and Crosstitch pattern so they are super attractive even without a pillow case.

"Before purchasing this I read the reviews that said how hard/stiff the pillow is. Look, if you’re on amazon searching for a neck pillow-you need something with support. I bought a cheap pillow and it was ok for a while but slowly I realized it wasn’t actually helping and was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. This pillow is AMAZING. I’m able to sleep on my side comfortably (I’m small too - 5’1!). The first night I used it, I slept through the night for the first time in I don’t know how long and woke up with zero neck pain.
